For CellarGuard monitoring services, we may also collect device identifiers, service-installation details, monitoring readings, alert history, and service records needed to provide the service.

We use information to respond to requests, provide storage, cellar, refrigeration, management, consulting and monitoring services, schedule service, communicate with customers, protect our systems, and improve our services.

CellarGuard and SMS alerts

Customers who enroll in CellarGuard may choose to receive automated monitoring and service alerts by text message. These messages may concern temperature, humidity, device connectivity, maintenance, or other conditions affecting the customer’s assigned cellar. Message frequency varies based on monitored conditions and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver our services, such as communications and monitoring providers; this does not include sharing mobile opt-in data or consent for their own marketing.

We share information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate our business, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers that act on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
